Pakistani army is playing Holi with Baloch blood in Balochistan. Dil Murad Baloch Central Information Secretary

Dil Murad Baloch, Central Information Secretary of the Baloch National Movement, while releasing a detailed report for November 2021, said that the barbarism and brutality of the Pakistan Army continued unabated throughout Balochistan this month. In more than 50 military operations and raids, the Pakistani military detained more than 65 people and forcibly disappeared them. 14 people were killed in meantime: Out of 14, the Pakistani army killed one during custody, one Baloch Sarmachaar (freedom fighter) laid his life in the line of duty. Pakistan Army crushed a child with his vehicle. The so-called Counter-Terrorism Department ( CTD) killed two missing persons in the Hub Sakoran area of Lasbela who were abducted a month ago. ISI agents killed two people from Eastern Balochistan living in western Balochistan. The motive for the killings of seven people could not be ascertained. The bodies of 6 people were recovered also in the same month.

In the ongoing devastating operation in the Gichk area, among other atrocities, the army detained more than 24 people and transferred them to torture cells. They were released after several days of torture. The 24 people of Gichk are not included in the total number of forcibly disappeared persons. This month, 19 people were released from Pakistani army torture cells.

Dil Murad Baloch said thousands of people living in the south-eastern mountain ranges of Kolwah have already been forcibly evicted from their home areas and forced to settle near military camps. In November, several people were abducted and the list of enforced disappearances was extended by invading the same mountain ranges. One of them was Lal Bakhsh’s family who was transferred to unknown torture cells including children, his wife and daughter. After being tortured, they are confined to a house where they are not allowed to go out, talk or meet any relatives.

Dil Murad Baloch said that there is no region or state in the world today where the regular army of a state is playing with human and human rights in broad daylight. Stories of such barbarism and brutality in civilized societies would be film or fictional information. In this modern age, human beings are subjected to worse atrocities than in the Middle Ages, which is not even the case with animals today.

He said that Balochistan has been turned into a military cantonment. Transport of people from Gichk area of Panjgur has been banned. Regular registration at the military camp is required, with a guarantee of returning home by evening to bring rations and medicine. Guests also need prior permission and complete data entry.
