Dil Murad Baloch, Central Information Secretary of the Baloch National Movement, while releasing a detailed report for the month of September, said that this month the Pakistani army conducted more than 50 operations and raids in Balochistan and arrested and disappeared more than 30 people. Hundreds of houses were set on fire in Gichk and Ragai areas. Many settlements were wiped out between Awaran and Panjgoor. In September, six Baloch freedom fighters were killed in clashes with the army. The body of a man who went missing four years ago was recovered from Dalbandin. In Kech, Baloch artist Shaheena Shaheen was killed by her husband. In Dera Bugti, the army arrested a man and killed him, while in Balgatar, a man in critical condition died while undergoing treatment after army torture. Four people were released from army prisons. The state of Pakistan has set up four new military posts to further increase military proliferation. A body of a man was recovered from Dera Murad Jamali. Two brothers were killed in Kharan. The motives of these three incidents could not be ascertained.

Dil Murad Baloch said that this month, military barbarism continued unabated throughout Balochistan. The intensity of the operation was in Gichk and Ragai, between Awaran, Kech, and Panjgoor. Here, the Pakistani army broke all previous records of barbarism and turned the entire Gichk area into a Nazi Germany-style concentration camp. The operation, which began on August 11, 2020, in and around Gichk, set fire to the homes and wheat stocks. People who had lived in the mountains for centuries were forced to relocate to military camps.

He said that in Gichk, in one such military camp, two tortured women gave birth to children. The horrible thing is that no one, including other women, was allowed to go near these women, but the whole process took place in the custody of male military beasts.

Dil Murad Baloch said that Hafizullah Mohammad Hassani was taken into custody by the Pakistani army and disappeared four years ago from Dalbandin. A ransom of Rs. 68 lakh was taken from the family for his release. Ransom confession was made by ISPR, the Pakistan Army’s public relations wing; in August 2019 in a claim that Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa had convicted Major Naveed in a Field General Court Martial, involved in ransom. Despite this confession and acceptance, Hafizullah was killed by the army.

Dil Murad Baloch said that in September, the Pakistani army set fire to a large range of forests in the Dasht area of Kech. Earlier, the Pakistani army had burnt forests in many areas of Jhaoo, Awaran, and Gichk and surroundings.
