1839 British Brigadier Thomas Wilshire attacked Balochistan to punish the Khan Baloch (King) for rejecting their treaty.

On November 13, Kalat was attacked and Balochistan’s king Khan Mehrab Khan was martyred.

Baloch remember him as Lal Shaheed and mark this day Baloch Martyrs Day.
