Safia Baloch, Vice President of the Baloch National Movement (BNM) Germany, stated that Baloch women are at the forefront of the struggle for freedom, human rights, and justice.
She expressed these views while addressing the Kurdish Women’s Association festival in Duisburg, Germany, where she was invited as a representative of the Baloch National Movement and the Baloch nation.
Safia Baloch paid tribute to the contributions of prominent Baloch women leaders in the Balochistan movement, including Shaheed Banuk Karima, Dr. Mahrang Baloch, and Sammi Deen Baloch. She noted, “These remarkable women have sacrificed immensely in their fight for justice and freedom. Their bravery and determination are a source of courage and hope not only for the Baloch nation but also for others advocating for human rights.”
She appealed to the participants to support the Baloch national independence movement, highlighting that Pakistan is occupying the resources and land of the Baloch nation, depriving them of their right to self-determination. She emphasized that the Baloch nation is struggling to achieve its freedom and, as a result, is facing crimes such as forced disappearances by the state of Pakistan. She called for international support to aid their cause.
