The conference was chaired by Dr. Naseem Baloch, the organizer of BMM Diaspora Committee.

Addressing the conference, Dr. Naseem Baloch paid rich tributes to Shaheed Hameed Baloch and late Nawab Khair Bakhsh Marri. He said, “It is the fortune of Baloch Nation that they had a courageous and a brave leader like Hameed Baloch who sacrificed himself so that Baloch nation continue the struggle.”

He added that this is the result of sacrifices of brave leaders like Hameed Baloch, that today, Baloch youth accepts the great sacrifices such as martyrdom for the sake of Baloch Nation and are strengthening the cause of national independence.

He further said that leaders like Baba Khair Bakhsh Marri born in centuries. Baba Marri not only showed Baloch nation the path of independence but also walked on the same path till his last breath.

“If we highlight the Baloch national issue anywhere in the world, then it is the result of our great leaders and their sacrifices by which the world is being aware of Baloch history and the struggle.” said he.

Addressing the conference, Baloch National Movement’s UK zone Vice President Hasan Dost remarked that such personalities like Baloch national martyrs Hameed Baloch and Baba Marri not only were well-known in their lives but also will be remembered in history for thousands of years. We certainly get this lesson from the life of Nawab Khair Bakhsh Marri that if weaker people struggled honestly they can start a strong movement, and Baloch National struggle is a clear example of it.

Nawab Marri was not only convinced that Baloch national freedom is a reality but we also should avoid taking on the internal issues of Baloch national movement with newspapers and other meetings. He always tried to find the solutions of problems through mutual discussion.

Addressing the conference BNM US zone member Nabi Bakhsh said that it is the demand of time, instead of using jargon, we should inch towards our destination and ensure that we could bring the vision of Shaheed Hameed Baloch and Nawab Khair Bakhsh Marri into reality.

He said that it is the demand of time that BNM as Baloch national party must represent Baloch case in a better and systematic manner on international platforms, so that the brutalities of the enemy can be exposed.

Other participants of the conference also paid tribute to Shaheed Hameed Baloch and Baba Bakhsh Marri.

In the second part of the conference, participants discussed the issues and the party performance. They were determined to hold such conferences in future in order to improve the workings of the party.
