BNM to Participate in First World Congress on Enforced Disappearances in Geneva

The Baloch National Movement (BNM) will participate in the 1st World Congress on Enforced Disappearances, 15–16 January 2025, in Geneva. During the event, we will host a tent-based photo exhibition highlighting the stories of forcibly disappeared Baloch individuals abducted by the Pakistani military in occupied Balochistan.

BNM’s representative will also participate in the conference sessions, presenting the perspectives of victims and their families while advocating for accountability and justice.

The Congress is co-organised by Convention against Enforced Disappearances Initiative (CEDI), the UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED), Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances (WGEID), and Office of the United Nations Hight Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
