The Baloch National Movement (BNM) has agreed to strengthen its cooperation with the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO) following an online meeting between their representatives.
The BNM delegation was led by Chairman Dr. Naseem Baloch, accompanied by Foreign Secretary Faheem Baloch and Niaz Baloch, Coordinator of the Foreign Department.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the need for closer collaboration on issues concerning Balochistan. The BNM assured UNPO of its support in documenting cases and contributing to research on the region. The delegation also highlighted the sacrifices made by the Baloch nation and the BNM in their struggle for freedom and human rights.
BNM representatives further pointed out that Balochistan has received limited attention within UNPO’s platforms. In response, UNPO reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the Baloch cause and expressed readiness to expand cooperation with BNM to spotlight what it described as grave human rights violations and injustices committed by the Pakistani state in Balochistan.
