Baloch National Movement’s Central Information Secretary Dil Murad Baloch said that massacre of Hazara community is tantamount to war crimes. He strongly condemned the killing of Hazara in Hazar Ganji vicinity of Quetta city and termed it as a crime against humanity. He added that was a war crime and was not the first incident to Hazara community; after every three to four months they are being targeted. He further added, “this is not a communal or ethnic rift, nor it is the creation of an extremist organization, in fact, it is orchestrated by the state itself.”

Information Secretary Dil Murad Baloch said that past experiences could tell that Pakistan would continue such acts, and Baloch National Movement had already explained the reasons. In Balochistan, the movement for freedom is ongoing which is streamlined on the secular ground, and Baloch society is thousands of mile away from religious bigotry and extremism. Massacre in the ethnic or religious basis is completely a strange thing for the Baloch nation.

Dil Murad Baloch stated that there is no ground for religious bigotry in Baloch culture. As Pakistan has no response to counter Baloch national struggle; Pakistan Army has failed to defend itself against Baloch nation that is the reason Pakistan in India, Afghanistan and other parts of the world has created its proxies; rather parallel forces of army and deployed them into Balochistan in order to counter Baloch national struggle and uproot it. These organizations are provided with safe sanctuaries; they are assigned with a task which they receive from the Pakistani Army. Army uses these terrorist organizations in order to protect the name of the army. But the world is aware of it, now Hazara community also knows that the army is behind all these sinister designs. In fact, the state is directly involved in terrorism.

He uttered that let others aside, even the prime minister of the state also accepted that the army had created terrorist organizations. But now there is no need for those terrorist organizations. This is acceptance of crime that Pakistan is involved in state terrorism.

Dil Murad Baloch said that Baloch nation is going through a continuous genocide for the last two decades; the Baloch nation can equally feel the pains of Hazara brothers and sisters. But it is essential that international responsible organizations should take notice of this carnage and take conclusive action against Pakistan.
